The cpFeeder request queue is up and running.
I've added limitations to how many shops can enter the queue each day, so you may encounter an error that "the queue is full". This is normal and will display when the daily limit is reached.
Right now, you have to submit your request the day you want it to run and if the queue is full when you try it, then you won't be able to submit a feed request.
I am aware that the queue fills up quickly and many users get shut out. I expected that and already have plans to create a more even playing field for everyone. For example, I'm planning to add some limits to how frequently any single user can submit feeds and add the ability to select a day in the future to run (i.e. if today's queue is full, then maybe tomorrow or the next day will be available.)
What is cafeToolbox?
cafeToolbox is a small collection of tools that assists shopkeepers at Cafepress and Printfection. My ultimate goal is to expand to other PODs and provide more and better tools. Recent problems with the Cafepress feed generator and the demands of my shops and "real life" have required me to scale back to a simplified feed generator for Cafepress (called cpFeeder). The site and all the tools are created and maintained by just one person, and I will continue to work on all parts of the site as time permits.

The cpFeeder queue was broken and so shops have not been processed for the past few days. To compound the problem, my internet connection was also down during that time, so I couldn't check on it and wasn't aware of the problem until tonight. I've resolved the problem with the queue and moved all shops that submitted requests yesterday to today. Those requests are processing right now.
Everyone else will need to resubmit their request. The old requests were canceled, so they won't count for the "time between runs" limitation.

I added a simple Cafepress product listing to the site. You can view it by clicking the link under the "Cafepress Tools" menu after logging in. It's been requested in the past and I had a few minutes to do it today.

Tonight I made a few changes to the cpFeeder Queue and the My Cafepress Shops page. Here's what's new:
- I've reduced the limit from 14 days down to 7. That means you only need to wait 1 week between request dates. If the queue gets out of control, I'll raise it again, but probably not all the way to 14.
- I've changed how the queue information appears on the My Cafepress Shops page. For any shops you have queued, it displays the date the shop will run and the shop type you selected. Remember, if your shop is a "Basic" shop at Cafepress, then select Basic when you submit your request. Likewise, if you have a "Premium" shop at Cafepress, select Premium when submitting your request.
- In case you make a mistake, you can now cancel your queue request (from the link for each shop on the My Cafepress Shops page).
- I removed the information about where you are in the queue. The daily queue is usually finished up by about 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
Also, in doing some testing over the weekend, I discovered that the Cafepress API won't return results for some shop/product type combinations. There's no obvious explanation that I can see, and I've informed Cafepress API developers of the problem. As with the other API problems, I'll let you know when I find something out.

To provide everyone with better access to running feeds, I've imposed a limit of 1 cpFeeder request per shop every 14 days. I realize that two weeks is a long time, and I may change that to once every 7 days in the near future, but I know that several users have been trying to access the queue and just don't make it in before the queue closes each day. I want to give everyone a more equal chance to get in.
My next step is to add a feature that will allow you to select the date of your request, so that if today's queue is full, then you might be able to submit it to process tomorrow or the following day, etc. This should mean more open slots at any given time.
