Feed Generator 2.0 and Old File Creators Offline

The old Feed Generator 2.0 and file creators are now offline permanently. cafeToolbox's web host finally upgraded the PHP language to version 5 and the code in the old feed generator and file creators won't work in the new version. Please use cpExtract and cpFile.
